Hello Angels,
I am exstatic to share with all of you our new total for funds raised for Cancer Research in 18 months thanks to all of you amazing angels who supported me. We have donated a grand total of $50,773.00.
I would like to thank Brandon Tooke for designing my web page/site to help me get my story of “HOPE” out to each and everyone of you.
Many thanks to all of you wonderful angels for your help in getting my web site out to your family and friends who continued to share it with their family and friends.
Special thanks to Yvonne Loustel from Carlyle and Kim Mohr from Whitewood for their incredible friendship and enthusiam, in helping to sell my items in their surrounding areas. They are amazing ladies and Moms.
I welcomed many new people to my Angel Network in the last 18 months and I want to thank all of you for sharing your stories of survival and loss with me. Each and everyone of your stories touched my heart.
My web site will remain with my story to continute to give survivors and their families “HOPE”. My shop, however, is now officially closed.
This year I was asked to speak at the Moose Jaw Relay for Life and met many amazing survivors.
I have been asked to speak at the Terry Fox Run this year September 14th in Regina, Sk. This is a very big honor for me, for Terry was a man who did so much and continues to be a hero to all. Survivors I encourage you to come out to the run/walk in memory of Terry and in honor of yourself.
I will continue to volunteer at the Allan Blair Cancer Clinic to help patients through treatment and hopefully inspire them to never give up. That is just too easy.
My personal message is this,
Does Cancer Suck? YES!
Did we ask for this? NO!
What are we going to do to beat this? Fight Back!
To all Survivors out there keep “Hope” alive.
To those going through treatment find the strength and courage with in to “Fight Back”.
To those who have lost loved ones to the disease you are the reason for my continued mission in trying to make a difference.
I would like to share with all of you a poem that I live by.
What Cancer Cannot Do
Cancer is so limited……
It cannot cripple Love
It cannot shatter Hope
It cannot corrode Faith
It cannot destroy Peace
It cannot kill Friendship
It cannot suppress Memories
It cannot silence Courage
It cannot invade the Soul
It cannot steal eternal Life
It cannot conquer the Spirit

Take care Angels and thanks for your support and friendship.
